Exercise as a practice in being healthy, strong, flexible, durable, balanced, agile, focused and courageous; not in trying to become those things. Develop a body which is even stronger than it looks, more capable in a wider range of situations than previously imagined possible and less susceptible injury.  This is an approach to exercise that puts you back in the game of life with the skills to enjoy it and energy to burn!
